Hearing Awareness Week 24 - 29 August 2015
Terms and Conditions1. This competition is a promotion run by Starkey Hearing Technologies Australia Pty Ltd.
2. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The competition commences Monday 17th August 2015 and ends on Wednesday 30th September 2015.
4. All correct entries need to be received by Starkey Hearing Technologies and a free hearing test booked by a Starkey Hearing Technologies preferred hearing care provider by 5pm Wednesday 30th September 2015 to be eligible to win the FitBit Charge HR.
5. Only one entry and hearing test appointment will be accepted per person.
6. No responsibility is accepted by Starkey Hearing Technologies for incomplete, late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. The prize on offer is a FitBix Charge HR and is the discretion of Starkey Hearing Technologies what colour the FitBit Charge HR will be sent to the winner.
8. The competition is open only to Australian residents over the age of 18.
9. Employees (and their immediate families) of Starkey Hearing Technologies, subsidiaries and clinics associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
10. Starkey Hearing Technologies reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who Starkey Hearing Technologies has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions or tampered with the entry process.
11. Once all entries have been received and hearing tests have been booked by 5pm Wednesday 30th September 2015, one winner will be drawn on 1 October 2015 at 1pm.
12. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email and their names will be published online on 2 October 2015.
13. Entrants consent to Starkey Hearing Hearing Technologies using their name in the event they are the winner in any media without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion.
14. Starkey Hearing Technologies decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. If any prize is unavailable, Starkey Hearing Technologies, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize equal value and/or specification.
16. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17. The prize winner must provide suitable identification to Starkey Hearing Technologies' satisfaction to claim the prize.
18. If for any reason the competition does not run for its entire duration due to a computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Starkey Hearing Technologies, then Starkey Hearing Technologies reserves the right, in its sole discretion to (a) disqualify any entrant or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
